The Fanlin DZ series Z-axis linear motion modules address vertical motion with direct-drive linear motors and high-stiffness guidance in an integrated, space-saving design. A fail-safe brake is standard: the axis locks automatically on power loss to prevent the moving stage from dropping. Optional pneumatic or counterweight balancers compensate the moving mass and reduce continuous motor loading. Paired with full closed-loop optical encoder feedback, the modules deliver fast start/stop with configurable precision repeatability for pick-and-place, mounting, dispensing, inspection probe lifting and assembly pressing.
