FL-FA130-3 Optical-Coupling XYZ Precision Motion Stage

The Fanlin FA series optical-coupling alignment platform targets fiber coupling, optical alignment, R&D experiments and precision assembly. Every model includes a marble base and offers 1 μm, 0.1 μm or 50 nm repeatability configurations. The FL-FA130-3 provides X/Y/Z motion, the FL-FA130-5 provides Rx/Ry tilt, the FL-FA130-5D adds direct DD-motor drive for the tilt axes, and the FL-FA130-6D further adds Rz rotation while retaining direct DD-motor tilt drive. The D suffix identifies models whose tilt axes are directly driven by DD motors; non-D 5- and 6-axis models generally use a 15° tilt angle, with the exact range confirmed by the technical configuration. All four platforms support coordinated motion for precision alignment, fine adjustment and multi-directional motion control.

Choose FL-FA130-3 for basic fiber coupling and in-plane alignment; FL-FA130-5 for Rx/Ry adjustment with a tilt angle that is generally 15°; FL-FA130-5D when the tilt axes need direct DD-motor drive; and FL-FA130-6D for full pose alignment with Rz rotation and direct DD-motor tilt drive.
