The Fanlin GDP series gantry precision motion platform combines a standard marble base with a dual-drive gantry for balanced force distribution, high rigidity and stability. Standard models cover XY travels from 300×200 mm to 800×600 mm, with custom travel available. The platform uses linear-motor drive with full closed-loop grating feedback, plus Z-axis and rotary-axis expansion for AOI, laser processing, precision metrology, dispensing and automation assembly.

Fanlin Tech specializes in precision motion control. The GDP series is built around the dual-drive gantry structure, delivering high-rigidity multi-axis motion solutions. Model coding follows FL-GDP-XXXX, where the first two digits denote X travel and the last two digits denote Y travel (in hundreds of mm); feedback type and the Z axis are configurable options selected by travel, payload and accuracy requirements.

The gantry dual-drive architecture and linear-motor drive are standard across the series. Primary motion axes use high-accuracy linear encoders or full closed-loop grating feedback; feedback for optional Z and rotary axes is selected by accuracy and cycle-time requirements.

Yes. FL-GDP-XXYY covers non-standard travel, with optional Z and rotary axes, dust bellows, vision mounting, active vibration isolation and thermal enclosures. The marble base is standard across the series.

Usable velocity, acceleration, peak power and continuous power vary with XY travel, moving mass, workpiece payload, motion profile, duty cycle, cooling and drive configuration. Share the workpiece mass, motion profile, cycle time, continuous operating time and facility input power so the motor, drive and electrical package can be sized correctly.
